Why I didn’t received my refund

So basically I PayPal to a seller 400$ and he refunded me 400$ as I pay the wrong amount , the amount was deducted from my bank account at the first transaction , but I didn’t receive my refunded amount immediately ? When wil the 400$ refund back to my bank account ?

Hello, @yihwang_. I understand completely how it's important to know where and when a refund will appear in a PayPal account or a bank or card account.
