Where/When Do I Get To Access Money Received?

I received money on Sept. 2 and made several purchases since then, but that money was not applied. I'm pretty sure that has always gone straight to my PayPal Balance. It is now Sept. 11 and my PayPal Balance still shows $0. How do I get to the money that was sent to me?

If you haven't set up a paypal cash account then could it have been auto withdrawn to your bank account?

Ah, this makes sense. When I tried to set up the PayPal Cash Acct, I got an error and then it said "you've already verified this account." So I bet it's incomplete somehow and I need to contact PayPal to help me reset it. Thanks for pointing that out!
