I have been trying to make a purchase on eBay for more than a week and I can't, every time I try to pay with my balance I get this error and I can't make my payment. I already tried to change the browser, clean it, try after 72 hours and I still have the same problem ... My account is in perfect condition. I have had Paypal since 2016 and the first time I have this problem and they still do not help me to solve it. Have tried to make a payment for more than a week and I always get the same problem, I have spoken with the support but they do not solve anything. I have tried many ways to fix this problem and still have not succeeded. "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."
