Verified but can't receive payment ?

Hello, I verified my account today with the 4 digit code ... and when I try to receive a payment from a company, they are told this : 

Your payment of $XXX USD to XXX XXX on Dec 11, 2020 couldn't be sent
Amount: $XXX USD
Transaction ID: XXXXXXXXXXXX
Recipient: XXX XXX
From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
