I am based in Uganda and I freelance with upwork. I have a PayPal account to which I linked my VISA card and I have been successfully making payments using the Paypal account without any problems. Today, I clicked "Get Paid" in Upwork twice and my payment was rejected instantly both those times. I need an agent solution to this please. Can I get some information as to why my payment is being declined? @PayPal_Rich or any other person can you help with this?
