Hello! Whenever I try to link my Paypal account to make a purchase, I always get an error saying: "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
Is there something I can do to fix this? It's been going on for a few weeks now. Any help would be greatly appreciated
