Hello Im asking for help with this - I can donate to anyone i want to but if i want to buy bits or sub to someone it asks for credit card info etc. - from what reason i can donate with no ask for this but i cant sub or buy bits? Thanks for answer.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
