My friend from the USA is trying to send me money but I haven’t received it we have gone over the details and it’s all correct she sent me a screenshot of her PayPal saying I have accepted it yet but I can’t accept that I don’t have so it very confusing right now

Close your app or browser and then clear the cache an cookies. This might help refresh PayPal so you see the payment details.

Firstly check the email address they used and make sure there were no spelling errors.

Secondly have you verified your email address?

Lastly are they sending USD or GBP? If the former then have you added that currency as a receiving currency in your Paypal wallet.
