I made a payment for a flight booking here in the Philippines. The transaction has been unsuccessful but the amount has been Deducted from my account.
How can this happen? i contacted the Merchant and they have nothing to do since the transaction has been unsuccesful in the first place. The problem was in my paypal account.
Hope i can get a response asap.
