Shopify Webstore Billing: Failed PayPal payment (FROZEN STORE)

Good afternoon,

 

I'm currently running an webstore on Shopify.

 

Normally the hosting bills for my webstore are paid via my PayPal Business account, but I noticed that there was no money debited from my PayPal account for last month, so my store got frozen..

 

When I landed on the Shopify billing page I saw that I manually needed to make an payment via my PayPal / re-connect, so I tried to do that but nothing happened..

 

I've made contact with the customer service of Shopify, they've made the conclusion that the problem occures on the website of PayPal.com when the transaction is made. (Eventually when I think it has been proccesed it re-directed me to the Shopify Billing page, but the payment still failed.)

 

What do I need to do?*

 

I have 4 screenshots that show all the situations if I could show them somehow.*
