I sent money to a person for a service done. This was the first time in years since I used PayPal. I used my friends cell phone number to send money. When the phone number was completed the name of the person I sent money to was different from my friends. I contacted my friend and she said I should of used the email address ( which I probably should have done in first place). Since it is a cell phone I'm thinking that this number I originally sent money to was used by someone else in the past. My friend doesn't know this other person. I can't contact this other person because I dont have email address and the phone number I have belongs to my friend. I am thinking I am probably **bleep**. Any other actions I can follow to resolve this??
