Hey, I've tried to send money to an e-mail using the send & request feature to an e-mail of a friend in the USA. I'm in Australia and I try to send it in USD but every time it denies my request! I've had no trouble sending to other friends and it's a valid e-mail recognized by Paypal because it picks up that it's in the USA.
