Last friday I made a payment for a shop in Italy, and everything seems to be ok but the money did not move from my bank.
So I am afraid the seller is not receiving the money and not shipping the product as he should do today..... I have tried to contact you SOOOOO MANY TIMES but i only can chat with a BOT and got NO ANSWER.
