Refunds cancelled and not received!

Seller didn’t send me what I ordered for and then I asked for a refund and he sent the refund then cancelled it. I haven’t received the money back and PayPal keeps closing my cases saying no issue here. How do I get my money back or who can I write an email to? This has been a pain for over 2 months now I’ve been trying.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
