How do I actually call somebody and talk to them? Every time I call PayPal they show me some dumb automated system that doesn’t help whatsoever... I need to talk to somebody about my refund because it’s been a million years since they promised to send me my refund by the due date in which nothing happened afterwards. How can I reach PayPal-somebody from there not some automated bs. Thanks,
