Refund

I bought a coat from Depop but I got the address wrong so I asked for a refund so I could change the address and the seller gave me a refund and then I purchased the coat again. on my card it shows 2 payments to the seller and I haven't been refunded. the coat has been paid for twice. any help please

All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If you've used your credit card to complete the transaction, then your refund will go to your credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If you've used your bank account, then the refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account. Hope this information is helpful. -Swamy
