Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get your item, but glad to hear that the seller was cooperative. If you see the refund on your transaction history, then the funds should be on their way back to your card. A refund to a card typically shows within a few days, but some card issuers may take as much as a full billing cycle to show the refund.
