Hi wonder if anyone can help, I bought something on eBay from US, they contacted me to say it would be an extra £50 than advertised to post to UK. I ended up just cancelling the order as it was too much. So I paid a given amount in dollars, was refunded that same amount in dollars according to my PayPal but on my bank statement I’m 40 quid down. Have they charged me fees even though I cancelled the order? Who would have charged this the company or PayPal? Any help appreciated 🙂
