So I'm trying to issue a refund to a buyer from Swappa.com. After Paypal fees / taxes and swappa fee all I received was $643.30 and when I try to issue a refund it's making me pay for the taxes and fees also which amounts to more than the money I received. That should not be my responsibility since I never received any of those funds other than the $643.30

Paypal no longer returns the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund that you issue.
They charge the fee for processing your initial payment from the buyer for you and then the refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
