Receiving payments

I’ve received a payment and when I click claim it says that there is a transaction error now. The money does not show in my account. I have confirmed my email address. I don’t see anything in recent activity as well. What might be the issue?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
