Hi All
My question is, I have sold a number plate on ebay and I said in the advert that payment was only accepted by bank transfer and I found out today that the buyer made this payment via their bank account through their PayPal account, can they freeze or make a claim through PayPal after they have received the item, it is a retention certificate and once they have it and the details from I can not get it back. Any details on solving this problem would be appreciated
