If i dont have the money in my account is there a way that paypal can pay for the item exe ebay isthere a way i can pay a little later

You would end up with a negative balance and paypal would chase you until its paid or pass it to a debt collection agency.

They may also limit your account and stop you using a bank account as a funding source.
