My Company has a problem sending the payment to my PayPal account even with the PayPal.me link I created. they checked that the problem is not on their side. Can someone provide me with some help to check where is the issue?
They tried sending the payment 4 times during the last two hours and didn't arrive, while sending the payment to other accounts went without a problem.
Can someone check because they said that is the most info they can help me with
The error message that they got every time they tried transferring money was: "The transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later or contact our Customer Service". Hope you can help me take this information into account.
