Hi, I purchased an item from Best Buy. While completing the transaction, I input my PayPal information but it didn't seem to go through. Then, I input my credit card information which worked. My credit card was charged and now my PayPal account shows a pending charge. Is there any chance you can cancel this PayPal pending charge or let me know when the pending charge will eventually go away.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
