Hello, this is very urgent. I was trying to book some tickets through gigs and tours and I got a message that PayPal took the money from my account before the tickets were secured so the tickets got sold out and I couldn't buy any tickets but PayPal still charged me? I really need the money to be refunded asap. Thank you
