Paypal automatically denied my claim?

A buyer opened a claim saying they didnt get a digital item which i did send to them, i even have proof that i stated in my reply, however right after i sent my responce to it i go back to my paypal summary and find that the payment was refunded right after i sent it, and yes i did send the responce within the date. I am outraged about how paypal is completely siding with the customer without me even getting the chance to defend myself.

Because there is no paypal seller protection for digital content, you can sell it but at your own risk
