Payment not processing

Hi Team,

 

When i try to make payment and click send payment now, it don't connect with the PayU server and payment is not processed. I am facing the error since last 20 days. I checked form the card issuer and there is no issue at their end.

Hi @NupurK,
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

I understand you are having some trouble sending a payment. I would recommend you try to send the amount from a different browser, use a different device, and clear cache and cookies.

Sorry but i tried different browser, cleared cache and cookies, tried from my phone app and even from 2 different PCs but still it is not working.
