Payment is completed but recipient has not received

Hi, I paid a seller money. The payment shows completed and money was debited from my bank account. But the seller is claiming they haven’t received it. I confirmed email address and it was sent to the right party. What can I do?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transaction. If you've double-checked the email address you've sent your payment to and there's still an issue receiving that payment, the issue is normally on the receiver's end. First, I'd recommend having your receiver make sure their email address is confirmed. If they're still having issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
