I had to refund my customer on eBay, I didn’t have any money in my bank, so I was waiting to get paid, but my PayPal already said refund sent/pending. After i added money to my PayPal it says +28$ but it just saying pending and no money appears in my PayPal (it have being few days now still pending) then today I realised that PayPal have took my money twice. In my bank it shows that PayPal took two +28$ so I’m really worried since my PayPal just says pending with no money in my account and then taking my money twice.
