Hi, I sent a refund to someone on 22nd March. The £11.90 (PayPal feed) was taken from my PayPal balance and the other £388.10 from my bank account. This refund has still not gone through. Can anyone let me know if I’ve done something wrong? Or if this happens often? The person I’ve refunded is wanting to know what is happening and unfortunately I don’t have any answers to give them.
