Hi to everyone.
On March 30, 2021 I have placed an order with REI.Coop that was cancelled a few days later as per REI.com email. It’s been more than two months now that the reserved amount is still not refunded to my balance amount and transaction still appears as ‘pending’, nor is there a 'cancel' button appearing on my Summary page.
I have repeatedly contacted REI.com and they claim they cancelled my order as per their email and that they cannot do anything else to help me out.
I haven't been able to find a way to contact PayPal customer service by email/message -I constantly get the 'All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours." even though I do contact them several times a day (as per business hours US Pacific time zone).
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
