Online sales not posting to my account?

A customer purchased an item. It did not post to my account nor did I received a confirmation on the purchase?
She sent me a text with a copy of her purchase - it was odd it showed the sale yet no confirmation number?

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Can you please request the customer to provide you the PayPal transaction ID though which payment processed.
Please use the transaction ID as a reference and search in your PayPal account activity logs.
I recommend to check with PayPal Customer Service via this link (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone). They will be able to assist and provide more details on this topic.
