I just made a account and my card from bank successfuly and now I sent a few hundred dollars after I got it sent to me (reason I made the acc. In the first place ) and it's on "hold" now to the person I sent to which is my girlfriend. Paypal is not helping me help myself at all what do I do?
Its down to how the payment is SENT to an account.
1. If sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see the receiver as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge a fee.
2. If sent using the send money > family / friends option then payment would be instant with no fee. (However that option is not available in every country).
