my salary was sent in my paypal but 24hours passed by i still havent seen it in my balance . i already received a confirmation that it was sent i clicked the tracking number it goes to paypal directly but it says unable to process.. what is the problem?
If you didn't receive an email from PayPal that the funds were credited to your PayPal balance, this means that the funds have not been credited to your PayPal account.
I understand that you received confirmation from the sender. However, there could have been an issue on their end.
I would advise you to check and make sure that your email address is confirmed. If it is, please make sure that the sender has the correct email address.
