My Client from TURKEY cannot pay our invoice through his credit card

We have one of our clients from TURKEY. He is trying to pay the invoice raised in USD through credit card, where while paying; TURKEY country is not listed in the country drop down to add billing address.

Please help me out.

As far as I am aware paypal is not supported in Turkey, and your invoice won't work if he is trying to use another countries paypal account (against paypal rules).
