I have issued multiple money transaction from my PayPal to someone's PayPal account. However, they were pending and then I cancelled them all. Two days later, I checked my bank account and found that they were withdrawn from my bank account? Some of them were reversed and some were not till now. How come I can return or reverse the other cancelled money transactions.
I could not find any way to contact PayPal other than this forum and hope the PayPal can fix my issue.
