I encountered a problem such that the person was trying to sell an item I needed. He told me I would get the item when I transferred the money to him he gave me his paypal I send him the money but he didn't sent me anything. So I asked him to return the money to me, he answered thanks for money then he blocked me. So i got scammed. Maybe there is the chance to get the money back?
