Hi
Yesterday I was doing my first transaction on Paypal and it already started badly. The other person was sending me the money, but it didn't get added to my account. Rather it says in the transaction screen 'Money received: Denied' with the amount crossed out and no explanation.
I have no clue what's going on and paypal callcenters aren't connecting me to humans who can help me. Beside that the mail center is auto-sending me solutions for problems I don't even have.
Could anyone tell me what's going on please?
