Missing payments

A friend has sent a payment to me via paypal, for which I have seen screenshots of payment on paypal plus bank account their end BUT nothing showing on my activity feed? how can I get this sorted??

Are they in the same country?

Have you verified your email address?

Have you received paypal payments before?

Have they checked the email address to make sure they didn't make a spelling error.

What does it say next to the transaction in THEIR Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.

Their account says pending, yes email is correct, and I have received payments with the same info before and after all pretty much instantly.

If its pending on their account and NOT on your account then its an email issue.

You may have given them the correct email address but they may have made a spelling error using it, can you check?
