OK, I've tried going the PayPal support route and after many times back and forth wound that they appear to answer questions without reading the question; totally unrelated answers so I thought I'd try here...
I've tried to link PayPal to Samsung Pay (and Google Pay) but they both have the same issue resulting in an ability to link the account!
I get to the PayPal UI (which appears to be a webpage/webapp) but the UI for user input appears off-screen and is not visible; it appears that the PayPal page header is forcing the UI off screen. Since I cannot see what input fields are shown, I cannot enter information and since I can't enter information I can't link the account!
This is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
