Hi i sold some stuff and tbe wasnt deliverd will i have to refund the moneu or will paypal pay it

If a buyer wins a dispute for non receipt of item and you refuse a refund then paypal will pay the buyer under their buyer protection policy and then put your account into negative and chase you to pay them back again.

So the idea is that you refund the buyer and then claim from any insurance you took out if you did when you sent the item.

Ok so evrn if i have proff of postage and i think only coverd for £50
