Issues Receiving Funds

Hi so I've noticed that whenever funds are trying to be sent to my account there is a notification stating that there is an issue. My account has been verified, funds are able to be taken from my account yet I can not receive any sort of funds refunds included. Could someone please advise me how to get this fixed.
