Hi good morning. I would like to issue my buyer a full refund, but I am unable to. And the instructions aren't helping. There is no open case listed, despite one being filed by buyer.
Bank account or balance, only if using balance make sure its in the correct currency AND you have the full amount as the fee you were charged is no longer returned as part of any issued refund.
