Hi. I paid a seller through PayPal with a bank transfer (not using credit or debit card). The seller had problems accepting my payment and refunded me the amount within 30 minutes of my payment. 3 business days later, PayPal took the money from my bank account. Will the funds be returned to me by PayPal or do I now have to contact the seller again?
