I have a problem with my pay pal account. Until a few days ago, I could transfer money without any problems, but now I suddenly can't. He asks me to link the card and I do it. And nothing. It brings me back to the beginning again. My card has been linked and I have already successfully withdrawn money. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I'm very sorry to hear that you are not able to withdraw your balance using your card. That is understandably frustrating. 

 Have you tried linking a different Visa card to your account to withdraw your balance? If this used to work, but no longer does, perhaps our security system is blocking the withdrawal. Are you accessing the account from a familiar and secure device without the use of a VPN?
