I cannot pay the bill successfully

when I want to pay my bill with the Paypal, it told me that please add a bank or card to complete your purchase. I have already activated my account and successfully purchased several times, but it wouldn't work when I want to do some purchases recently. It is very annoying. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the trouble sending a payment. It sounds like you'll need to add a different funding source to complete your payment, sorry.
