I have a problem with receiving payments on my account. I tried to contact PayPal support by phone and the message center but I only get automated responses. The chat robot tells me there are no agents available to chat with. I've been trying for three days at different times of the day.
What should I do?

You have auto transfers in your country so you need to have a linked and confirmed credit card on your paypal account to receive those funds.

Thanks, @kernowlass. As you suggested, setting up my visa card for automatic transfers solved my problem.
I was able to reach customer support through Twitter. And they were very responsive.
