How to refund payment

I accidentally transferred money to my friend as a payment services/goods, and with that, my friend didn't receive it right away. I wanted to cancel it but no cancel option is showing on my summary page. What should I do? Please help me, thanks!

Sadly you can't cancel or change a completed payment.

Tell her to try marking the transaction as processed then the buyer or sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer or sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the buyer or sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

So this happened to me too, i sent 500 using goods or services. I am asking her to send the money back but she says she cannot. Do i just wait it out for the transaction to expire amd get my money back or what can I do?
