How do i know of the buyer pay me through the friends and family option or the protection one

I just want to know if my buyer is paying me thru the friends and family one as we are meeting locally

money should be reflecting on your pending or available balance 

--and there is no fees deducted on that transaction

Its against Paypal rules to sell and use the friends / family option.

Whilst the buyer can't open a Paypal dispute as they would have no Paypal buyer protection they can if they funded that Paypal payment via a card do a chargeback and you would lose as you would have no seller protection.

If you are meeting locally then refund her payment and accept CASH ON COLLECTION.
