How do I accept a payment

I received an email about a payment I was expecting. I have set up my paypal and confirmed by bank and all, but this payment isn't reflected in the paypal account. 

Please help.

I've done all that. I've received an email but the same isn't reflected in my PayPal account. I've confirmed the email and also completed all verification. Except for gst legislation, I don't have that.
